buildings. The project includes extensive development of a 25-acre site, including phased storm water management
and sediment and erosion control; wetlands buffer protection; major storm drainage relocation; groundwater
management; segmented block, earth retaining wall construction; utility-authority-owned water and sanitary sewer
main construction; and state highway improvements and intersection construction.
